Abrasive and Corrosive Resistant Lining Systems

Since 1957, Greenbank Terotech’s core business has specialised in the design, manufacture and application of abrasive and corrosive resistant products. These products extend the life of pipework, chutes, hoppers and plant items which are used in many areas of heavy industry.

Greenbank offers a comprehensive range of lining materials designed to combat erosion and have unrivalled expertise on their applications. Ceramic-based products such as cast-basalt, Zalcon® and alumina are the most well-known lining materials. Other lining materials include nickel and chrome alloys, silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide, epoxy and polyester coatings, Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) and an array of performance steels.

Sewage Systems

Cast-basalt is becoming widely used as a complete solution for both repair and renovation of a variety of waste-water and sewage systems. Properties of cast basalt far exceed any other media used today for the lining and construction of sewers, manholes, water sluices and headers and overflow chambers to name only a few applications

Industrial & Commercial Flooring

Being 4x harder than stone, and a very high resistance to chemical attach, cast basalt offers great benefit as a base for industrial and commercial flooring. It also has application for a consistent surface in the application of vehicle testing and is used on hundreds of vehicle trat tracks (skip pans) around the world.
